Strudex purchased the most advanced rubber injection machine in the country, capable of producing rubber screen panels weighing up to 14 kg. The new machine adopts first-in-first-out rubber injection system, which can ensure the consistency of product appearance and quality to the greatest extent.

Due to the advancement of rubber vulcanization technology in recent years, rubber has gradually become a substitute for polyurethane screen panels in some beneficiation sites. Decades ago, it was not possible to produce these products by rubber injection, but today rubber injection technology stands out as a cost-effective solution, which allows us to produce even rubber screens down to the smallest hole diameter of 0.5 mm, allowing Rubber can replace polyurethane in some cases.

Strudex also increased investment in rubber molds to adapt to the current rubber injection process. While other manufacturers usually use existing polyurethane molds to produce their rubber products, this practice can not guarantee the consistency of rubber products, and even cause some blind holes in the rubber sieve plate. We use our in-house design capabilities to develop different rubber molds, and users who have used these rubber sieve panels are very satisfied with their performance.

Rubber screen plate is one of the main businesses of Strudex. With the opening of the market to these products, more and more users start to use rubber sieve plate, and we also plan to expand more business into the field of rubber injection molding. Rubber has good impact resistance, while polyurethane has good sliding wear resistance. However, the elasticity of the rubber solves problems such as sticking and blinding that occur when users screen wet materials. The use of 40 or 60 Shore A hardness rubber screen plates will ensure the cleaning of the apertures, thereby ensuring the screening efficiency of the sieve machine.

The rubber also has an excellent service life, which we have proven in the iron ore industry and in wet-feed equipment. The service life of the rubber screen plate is basically the same as that of the polyurethane product, but in some working conditions, the rubber can reduce the clogging and adhesion of the aperture, which is an obvious advantage. In addition, rubber has good temperature resistance, it can withstand high temperatures of 80°C-120°C, and we have rubber products used in the environment of -50°C in Russia.
